Follow the below steps to create SEO friendly blog :

• Go to Blogger.com and sign in using your Google account.
• After logging into Blogger, click on Create New Blog.
• Now enter title, domain and select theme for your blog.

Note: You can add custom domain and theme later.

• Now your blog is created.
• Go to Theme option and install SEO Friendly Template.

• Go to Setting and click on Basic Tab and Enter proper Title and Description.
• After that go to Search Preferences Tab and Enter Meta Tag Description.
• Submit your blog to Google Search Console using Google Search Console option inside Crawlers and Indexing Section.
• Add custom robots.txt from https://[your site url]/robots.txt, copy all content and paste it into robots.txt section.

Custom robots.txt is a text file with simple codes which allows the Crawlers to crawl you blog in search engine. You can restrict some url to be indexed by using robots.txt. Web Crawlers scan the robots.txt file before crawling or indexing.

• After that Enable Custom Robots Header Tags, same as shown in the image below:

• Go to Others Section inside Settings option, and at last enter your Google Analytics Web Property ID.

Now, your blog is ready. Publish SEO Friendly content and share it with your friends. You have to create Backlinks from High DA, PA sites if you want to rank on first page of google.

Submitting Blog to Google Search Console

If you want to rank your article on google search engine then you have to submit you blog's sitemap to Google Search Console.
Follow the below steps to submit your blog to google:

• Open your web browser and go to https://search.google.com/search-console/about and click on Start Now button.

• You will get the above interface after clicking on Start Now. Enter your blog url on URL Prefix section and click on Continue.
• After that go to Sitemaps Section and submit your site map https://[your blog url]/sitemap.xml.
• Use the URL Inspection tool to index your every post.
• Now, your blog is submitted to Google Search Console.
